NOTICE OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Regular Meeting held on March 9, 2026, the Board of Fire Commissioners of Forest View Fire District adopted a Resolution, as abstracted below, pursuant to General Municipal Law § 6-g, subject to permissive referendum:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Forest View Fire District authorizes the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $2,519,903 from the Fire District's Apparatus Acquisition, Repair and Replacement Capital Reserve Fund for the purposes of purchasing and equipping a new aerial truck fire apparatus; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution is subject to permissive referendum.
