FY26 BUDGET AMENDMENT LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025 in the Courtroom of the Municipal Building at 200 S. Tulane Avenue. The public hearing will occur during "Final Adoption of Ordinances" as part of consideration for the following item: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 16-2025, WHICH ORDINANCE PROVIDES FOR A BUDGET AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR WHICH BEGAN JULY 1, 2025, BY ADOPTING A BUDGET AND ADOPTING APPROPRIATIONS, BY AMENDING SAID APPROPRIATIONS. The amendment is to increase the budgeted expenditures of the General Fund for Municipal Operations, the Drug Fund, and the Capital Projects Fund in order to align the Fiscal Year 2026 budget with emerging financial trends and updated revenue and expenditure projections.
