Family Promise of South Sarasota County - CLOMR The City of Venice Building Department hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information along the Gulf of America to Roberts Bay, generally located north of E Venice Ave. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised within an area centered south of Substation Rd and northwest of Leslie Ln. The Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) request submitted that will, in part, revise the following flood hazards along the Gulf of America to Roberts Bay. 1. Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will be established along the Gulf of America to Roberts Bay. 2. The Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) will decrease and be established along the Gulf of America to Roberts Bay. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the City of Venice Building Department at 100 Harbor Dr S, Venice, FL 34285.
