Fee Accounting Services Start Date: September 23, 2025 End Date: October 15, 2025 at 11:00AM The Asbury Park Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms or individuals to provide Fee Accounting Services for its public housing and housing choice voucher (Section 8) programs, along with any other HUD-funded or local programs it administers. Scope of Work Includes (but is not limited to) Monthly financial statements and reporting, Preparation of HUD-required financial submissions (FDS, VMS, etc.), Assistance with budgeting and year-end closeouts, Consultation on financial matters and regulatory compliance, Support during audits and REAC submissions.
