Fence Variance Please take notice that on the 18th day of February, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Burlington Township Zoning Board on the application of Scott & Jennifer Brady for the variance to permit a 6-foot fence forward of the rear of the dwelling and any other variances required on the premises located at 5 Mystic Way , Burlington, NJ 08016 anddesignated as Block 131.14, Lot 7 on the Burlington Township Tax Map. All meetings will be held at the Township Municipal Complex, 851 Old York Road, Burlington, New Jersey. There will be adequate opportunity for questions and comments from members of the public for this application. The application, all supporting documents, and all exhibits to be considered by the Zoning Board are available in electronic format on the Burlington Township website, on the home page, click on the date of the meeting on the section of the page identifying "Upcoming Meetings" and a new window will open identifying each application and all documents they have provided.
