Floodplain Change The City of Groveland Floodplain Management Department and the Lake County Public Works Department hereby give notice of the City and County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between West Libby Road and Wilson Lake Parkway. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Deacon Lake, Sams Lake, and an existing stormwater pond (DL Pond) between Southwest Libby Road and Wilson Lake Parkway. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established along Deacon Lake, Sams Lake, and DL Pond, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow along Deacon Lake and Sams Lake, and be established along DL Pond within the area of revision.
