In pursuance of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly made and entered in the above entitled foreclosure action dated August 8, 2025 and entered in the office of the County Clerk of Chemung County, the Referee named in said judgment, will sell in one parcel at public auction on October 15, 2025 at Chemung County Supreme Court, 224 Lake Street, Elmira,, front vestibule, County of Chemung, State of New York, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., the premises described in said judgment as follows:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of Elmira, County of Chemung and State of New York, commonly known and described as 103 South Avenue, Elmira, New York 14904, Tax Account No.: 99.15-5-32.
The premises are sold subject to the provisions of the filed judgment, any state of facts an accurate survey and inspection of the premises may disclose, to covenants, restrictions and easements, if any, to assessments or water charges not a lien upon the property, to violations, zoning regulations, and ordinances of the city, town or village in which said premises lie, to leases, tenancies and occupancies, and to other charges and liens with priority over plaintiff's mortgage.
