Removal of seating in the 4 Cinema's (See location on site for storage). d. Demo walls on 3 Cinema's. e. Demo raised floors to return floor to current hallway heights. f. Pour new floors as needed. g. Install underground floor sinks, plumbing for new food court. h. Install electrical as needed. i. Contractor will also demolish an existing walls and patch & paint to match any areas disturbed by the demolition of this work. j. Contractor will relocate or terminate any electrical components disturbed by the demolition of this work. k. Contractor will install entry doors in food court. l. Contractor will provide all electrical components to complete design as denoted. m. Contractor understands that the work environment is located in a working cinema and may have to, at certain times, perform the required work during non-standard work hours or workdays.
