Froggy THP Public Notice A Timber Harvest Plan (THP) will be submitted to CAL FIRE. The legal description of the proposed THP is located within portions of Sections, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 17; Township 33 North, Range 1 East, MDB&M. The proposed THP is located approximately 7-8 air miles Northeast of the Post Office in Oak Run, California. This notice is to request information about surface domestic water supplies from Class I, II, and IV watercourses that receive drainage from the THP area and are within 1,000 feet down stream of the THP Boundary. Watercourses within the vicinity include Mill Creek, Clover Creek, and unnamed tributaries. If you have any knowledge of domestic water supply intakes located within 1,000 feet downstream of the mentioned THP area, please notify FWS Forestry Services, in writing within 10 days of the newspaper publication at the following address.
