PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 17th day of February, 2026, the Superior Court fixed April 20, 2026, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the Township of Montgomery located at 100 Community Drive, Skillman, New Jersey, 08558 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #22000032 dated December 16, 2022, made by the Collector of Taxes for the Township of Montgomery, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey to Evolve Bank & Trust and recorded in the office of the Somerset County Clerk/Register in mortgage book 7493, page 3326. Most recent assignment recorded on January 12, 2024 in mortgage book 7540, page 3542 and covers real estate located at 222 Rhoads Dr, Montgomery, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey known as Block 5018, Lot 2.22 CONDO on the tax duplicate of the Township of Montgomery, and assessed to Hui Chu Pung and David Pung. Total amount required to redeem is $66,309.36 together with interest from January 9, 2026 and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
