GRAND HAVEN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CROQUET COURT MAINTENANCE Grand Haven Community Development District, Palm Coast, Florida (the "District") is seeking qualified contractors to provide professional maintenance to its three croquet courts. To obtain the full bid package and detailed specifications, or to ask any questions, please contact Howard McGaffney at: howard@cddmanagers.com Qualified respondents must demonstrate proven experience in professional greens keeping and must possess and utilize their own specialized equipment suitable for high-standard croquet court maintenance. Responses must be received by July 31, 2026 at 12:00 noon. Details on the place and form of submittal are contained in the bid package. This is an informal Request for Proposals. The District will review all timely proposals and award the project based upon the proposal deemed most advantageous to the District.
