Guests: Tim Day, Luke Jensen, Dave Jensen, Brain Abels, Alex Pudenz, Bruce Pudenz. City employees: Tim Mattingly. Mayor Popp led in the Pledge of Allegiance. Motion to approve consent agenda item; agenda for May 30, 2026. (Mahoney/Rydl). MCU (3). Open Forum: no comments were made or presented. Motion to approve site plan for Gilbert LTD Subdivision – Lot 3 Gilbert Lot 3 LLC. (Mahoney/ Randolph). MCU (3). Motion to approve the temporary disposal of sewage at Wastewater Plant (Rydl/Randolph). MCU (3). Motion to approve Resolution 2026-05-01 Approving employment of Public Works Laborer, setting compensation, and authorizing employment agreement. (Randolph/Mahoney) (Ayes; Mahoney, Randolph, and Rydl, Nays; None, Absent; Anderson, Wilson). Motion passed. Next regular council meeting will be Monday, June 15, 2026, at 6:30 pm. Motion to adjourn.
