Roll Call The following members of the board answered the roll call: Josh Bennett, Mindy Rash and Jerud Thompson. Absent: Andrew Ricklefs.
There were no visitors.
Approval of Agenda Motion to approve the agenda as presented. Motion made by: Mindy Rash Motion seconded by: Jerud Thompson Voting: Unanimously Approved
Opening Statement - President Kerns read an opening statement.
Receive Written Comment One written comment was received via mail against the proposed tax from Dr. Kay Ann Taylor. The letter was read aloud at the meeting by President Kerns.
