HALLAM BOROUGH 2026 GENERAL FUND BUDGET Notice is hereby given that the Hallam Borough 2026 General Fund Budget is available at the Borough Building, 250 W. Beaver St., Hallam, PA 17406 any Monday & Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m./ Wednesday 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Also, Ordinance 2025-02 was unanimously passed by motion at the December 8, 2025 Hallam Borough Council regularly scheduled meeting, Fixing the 2026 Tax Rate for General Purposes, the sum of 6.8 mils on each dollar of assessed valuation, or the sum of $0.680 on each one hundred dollars of assessed valuation on all real property within the Borough. Fixing the tax rate for Fire Tax, the sum of 1.00 mils on each dollar of assessed valuation, or the sum of $0.100 on each one hundred dollars of assessed valuation on all real property within the Borough.
