HEARING NOTICE To: Official Publication TAKE NOTICE THAT the Planning Board of the Township of Stafford in the County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, will hold a hearing on September 17th, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Township Municipal Building at 260 E. Bay Avenue Manahawkin, New Jersey to consider an application affecting the property whose street address is known as 2 Bennet Lane Stafford Township Block 25.10, Lot 1 The conditions affecting this property and the reasons for the application being heard are as follows: WALKWAY OF THE INGROUND SWIMMING POOL TO THE FRONT SETBACK LINE IS 40' WHEREAS 20' WAS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED AND 6.2' IS EXISTING. Applicants request any other waivers or variances as may be required by the Board or its professionals at the time of the hearing.
