HEARING NOTICE

HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Sterling Township Board of Supervisors will consider the Conditional Use Application of GreenRI Industries, LLC ("Applicant") at a public hearing to be held on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. at the Sterling Township Municipal Building, 1066 Maple Grove Road, Moscow, PA 18444. The Conditional Use Application is for the construction of two 8,000-square-foot process buildings, each connected to a 1,200-square-foot office and a 1,200-square-foot maintenance room; and steel storage tanks for incoming cooking oil and outgoing processed cooking oil, a non-hazardous material, on the property located at 34 Innovation Drive/Lot 10 in the Sterling Business and Industrial Park, Sterling, PA, more particularly described as Wayne County Tax Map Parcel No. 26-0-00-35-0010, located in the Planned Business Park District. Applicant, in accordance with Section 1208.2 (b) of the Sterling Township Zoning Ordinance, filed a Conditional Use Application and requested approval for the proposed project. The public hearing on this Conditional Use Application shall take place at the above-referenced time and place before the Board of Supervisors of Sterling Township and all interested parties and the public are welcome to attend.
