HEARING NOTICE Asset Builders d/b/a Messam Construction, 18300 NW 62nd Avenue, Suite 320, Miami, FL,33015 is currently soliciting subcontractors and suppliers to prequalify in order to bid on the INDEPENDENCE MIDDE SCHOOL PROJECT RENOVATIONS for School District of Palm Beach County PROJECT No. 2621-7100 located at 4001 Greenway Drive, Jupiter, FL 33458. The INDEPENDENCE MIDDE SCHOOL RENOVATIONS project will include the following scopes of work: plumbing, door repairs, sidewalk, parking lot paving & striping, running track paving, gym floor refinishing, painting, casework, flooring, acoustical ceiling, fire alarm upgrades. There are specific requirements related to prequalification, bidding and schedule and there is a SBE participation goal of 20% by subcontractors and suppliers certified by the School District of P a l m Beach County. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting for Pre-qualified subcontractors and suppliers will be scheduled for the Independence Middle School Renovations project on Wednesday, 8th October, 2025 at 4.30 PM, Located at 4001 Greenway Drive, Jupiter, FL 33458 .
