HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given for two public meetings to take place on Thursday, January 22 at 3:00PM and on Thursday, January 22, at 4:00PM, local time. Meetings will be held at Allied Physicians Surgery Center, 53990 Carmichael Drive, South Bend, Indiana, 46635, use the southwest entrance. Allied Physicians Surgery Center is conducting a renovation project to upgrade a portion of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The project includes replacing a rooftop mechanical air handler unit (AHU) and a corresponding chiller. The project will include a new boiler room and electrical room to support the new AHU and Chiller as well as updating the ductwork infrastructure. The project replaces an existing unit that has reached end of life. The project cost is $4.2 million. HSPAXLP January 11 2026 LSBN0436947
