HEARING NOTICE There is a SHOW-CAUSE hearing for April 1, 2026, at 10:00am ET. Plaintiffs Marcus McElroy, April McElroy, Joseph Underwood, Tylor Young, Jered Liechty, Michael Romero, Mariah Patterson, Jacob Shreve, Travis Bates, Robert Morton, Jr., as Personal Representative of the Estate of Tracy Depree, Phillip Staples, Brian Recker, Kevin Dwenger, Michael Kinley, Brandon Delong, Paul Martinez, William Edick, Jr., Lance Lawson, Jeremy Anderson and Ray Milner together with their counsel, and Defendants' counsel, are ORDERED to timely appear IN PERSON for the hearing in the first-floor courtroom of the E. Ross Adair Federal Building and United States 1300 S. Harrison Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana. (Id.). At the hearing, Plaintiffs, and each of them, are each to SHOW CAUSE why they should not be sanctioned for either their failure to produce supplement discovery responses or submit to a deposition, or both, in accordance with the Court's Orders listed above. Plaintiffs, AND EACH OF THEM, are each ADVISED that if they fail to timely appear in person at the April 1, 2026, hearing, additional sanctions may issue, UP TO AND INCLUDING MONETARY FINES AND DISMISSAL OF THEIR CLAIMS IN THIS LAWSUIT.
