HEARING NOTICE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF GLEN RIDGE PROPOSES TO ADOPT THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE. A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ORDINANCE BELOW WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3, 2025, AT 7:00 P.M. AT TOWN HALL, 1501 GLEN ROAD, GLEN RIDGE, FL 33406 TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE: ORDINANCE NO. 2026-001 AN ORDINANCE BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF GLEN RIDGE, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE IV. FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION TO UPDATE THE DATE OF THE FLOOD INSURANCE STUDY AND FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS; TO CLARIFY THE TOWN DOES NOT PERMIT MANUFACTURED HOMES; PROVIDING FOR APPLICABILITY; REPEAL; SEVERABILITY; AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Town Manager in the Town Hall Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 11 am.. All interested parties may submit written or oral comments before or at the public hearing. If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is to be based.
