Any person, known or unknown, who have or claim any possessory or adverse right, title, or interest in such property, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that BROWN TOWN LLC has filed a Verified Petition to Quiet Title with the Court of Chancery for the State of Delaware to resolve a cloud on title to such portion of Anchorage Street and to quiet title to such lands in favor of Petitioner (Case No. 2026-0713-RUA).
