HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of Chapter 40 of the Acts and Resolves of Massachusetts, 1963, the Sudbury Historic Districts Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 7:30 PM as a Virtual Meeting if allowed under the Open Meeting Law or, if not permitted, the meeting will be held in the Silva Room, Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts to consider the following applications:
1. Public Hearing – Case 25-29, 326 Concord Road (Assessor's Map H09-0064), The Sudbury Foundation, Applicant and Owner, seek a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace gutters
2. Public Hearing – Case 25-30, 334 Concord Road (Assessor's Map G09-0016), Jan Costa & Elin Neiterman Applicants and Town of Sudbury Owner, seek a Certificate of Appropriateness to remove and replace signs
3. Public Hearing – Case 25-31, 20 Revere Street (Assessor's Map K05-0406), James & Mary Krumsiek, Applicants and Owners, seek a Certificate of Appropriateness to remove and replace roofing
4. Public Hearing – Case 25-32, 67 Carriage Way (Assessor's Map K04-0518), Theodore Bascom, Applicant and Brittany Bascom and Christopher Pompilio Owners, seek a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct 22 x 26 accessory structure
5. Public Hearing – Case 25-33, 404 Concord Road (Assessor's Map G10-0214), Philip and Hilliary Van Hoorhies, Applicants and Owners, seek a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace two windows
The applications are on file in the Planning and Community Development Department and may be reviewed during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed applications should appear at the time and place designated.
