HOLDEN SENIOR CENTER PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION TOWN OF HOLDEN, MASSACHUSETTS Sealed bids for HOLDEN SENIOR CENTER PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION will be received at the Town's Department of Public Works, 18 Industrial Drive Holden, MA 01520, until 11:00 A.M. eastern daylight time on March 5, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All proposals must be in sealed envelopes bearing the bid title, date, time of bid opening, and bidder's name and address. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Highway – Construction for the project with an estimated value of $819,450.00 will be required. The work under this contract consists of reconstructing and widening the existing parking lot for the Holden Senior Center as well reconstructing and realigning the roadway entering the parking lot, known as Bascom Parkway. The work under this contract consists of reconstructing the hot mix asphalt parking lot, constructing bituminous sidewalks, concrete sidewalks, pedestrian curb ramps, crosswalks, bituminous curb and other incidental work.
