HOPKINTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS April 21, 2026 INVITATION TO BID NOTICE OF BIDS FOR: FAIR MARKET LEASE for Lenovo 500e Yoga Chromebooks INTERESTED PARTIES: Bidders are invited to furnish the Hopkinton Public Schools with bids for a FAIR MARKET LEASE OF Lenovo 500e Yoga CHROMEBOOKS for a three-year period, with the first payment due on or around August 1, 2026. Specifications may be obtained beginning April 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM (Boston time) and bids will be accepted at the Office of the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations, School Administration Building, 89 Hayden Rowe Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748, Monday through Friday, until 12:00 Noon (Boston time) on May 5th, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
