HOUSING KITSAP ANNOUNCES OPENING OF HK HOMES THREE- AND FOUR - BEDROOM PROJECT BASED VOUCHER (PBV) WAITLIST Housing Kitsap will open the waitlist for HK Homes Three- and Four-Bedroom Project-Based Voucher (PBV) beginning: Friday, October 3, 2025 at 9:00 AM and will close on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Computer access and paper applications will be available at Housing Kitsap's main office during business hours located at 2244 NW Bucklin Hill Road, Silverdale, WA 98383.
