HOUSING KITSAP ANNOUNCES OPENING OF TIME SQUARE APARTMENTS ONE- AND TWO- BEDROOM PROJECT BASED VOUCHER (PBV) WAITLIST Housing Kitsap will open the waitlist for Time Square Apartments One- and Two-Bedroom Project-Based Voucher (PBV) beginning: Monday, October 27, 2025 at 9:00 AM and will close on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Paper applications will be available at Housing Kitsap's main office located at 2244 NW Bucklin Hill Road, Silverdale, WA 98383 and at the Kingston Ridge Apartments management office located at 26659 Myrtle Ln NE, Kingston WA 98346 during business hours.
