HOWELL TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room of the Howell Township Municipal Building located at 4567 Route 9 North, 2nd Floor, Howell, New Jersey, 07731, for Application No. SD-3025 of the undersigned for a Minor Subdivision so as to permit the applicant to subdivide the property into two (2) lots.
The premises are located at 47 Pinewood Road, Howell, New Jersey, and designated as Block 65.04, Lot 17.04, in a Residential Zone on the Howell Township Tax Maps.
When the case is called, any interested party may appear either in person or by agent or attorney and present any support or objections which you may have to the granting of the requested approval.
The applicant reserves the right to request additional variances and/or waiver relief if determined to be necessary or appropriate by the Board or its staff prior to or during the public hearing. All documents relating to this application that are on file may be reviewed by the public in the office of the Board Secretary at the Department of Community Development located in the municipal building at 4567 Route 9 North, 2nd Floor, Howell, New Jersey.
