HVAC Replacement at Topeka Regional Airpoirt
The MTAA is seeking bids to replace the HVAC equipment at the Topeka Regional Airport, 6510 SE Forbes Ave., Topeka Kansas 66619.
The project will replace multiple air handling units, unit heaters, heating water pumps, heating water piping and VAV terminal units. The project will include duct modifications, and new digital control system.
Interested persons can obtain project contract documents (drawings and specifications) from the Barlett & West Plan Room website (reference paragraphs below). A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting date is set for September 25, 2025, 9:00 am. The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the project site (Topeka Regional Airport).
Sealed bids will be received for the items herein listed by the President, 6510 SE Forbes Ave., Ste. 1, Topeka, Kansas 66619-1446 until October 14, 2025, 10:00 am.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.

Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format.
