HVAC Replacement at Topeka Regional Airpoirt The MTAA is seeking bids to replace the HVAC equipment at the Topeka Regional Airport, 6510 SE Forbes Ave., Topeka Kansas 66619. The project will replace multiple air handling units, unit heaters, heating water pumps, heating water piping and VAV terminal units. The project will include duct modifications, and new digital control system. Interested persons can obtain project contract documents (drawings and specifications) from the Barlett & West Plan Room website (reference paragraphs below). A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting date is set for September 25, 2025, 9:00 am. The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the project site (Topeka Regional Airport). Sealed bids will be received for the items herein listed by the President, 6510 SE Forbes Ave., Ste. 1, Topeka, Kansas 66619-1446 until October 14, 2025, 10:00 am.
