HVAC SERVICE MAINTAINENCE AGREEMENT Scope The City of Ithaca, Ithaca, New York is soliciting sealed written proposals from qualified contractors to furnish a complete annual HVAC maintenance service agreement for the Ithaca Area Wastewater Treatment Facility (hereinafter referred to as "IAWWTF"). This Request for Proposals does not constitute a bid or contract for services. All responses shall be taken under advisement by the City, and the information will be used to determine if it is in the best interests of the City to enter into a contract with the proposing supplier.
