Notice is Hereby Given that on June 9, 2026 at 7:30pm local time, a Public Hearing will be held before
the Planning/Zoning Board of the Township of Haddon, at the Haddon Township Municipal Building, 135
Haddon Ave, Westmont, New Jersey, upon the request of the application of 237 Virginia Avenue,
Haddon Township, New Jersey 08108, Block 21.02 Lot 36 for the purpose of constructing a rear yard 2-
story addition.
Looking for the following variances:
142-37 B(4) District regulations.
Front Yard Setbacks: required 25', where 14.2' exists, need relief of 12.2'
Accessory building: (rear) required 5', where 2.1' exists, need relief of 2.9'
(side) required 5', where 0.6' exists, need relief of 4.4'
With any and all variances deemed necessary to approve this application. All persons interested will be
given an opportunity to be heard.
