Hamblen County Department of Education Seeking Bids The Hamblen County Department of Education is seeking bids for the following: The renovation of classrooms and the addition of two classrooms at John Hay Elementary School, 501 Britton Court, Morristown, Tennessee. Construction Documents are available electronically from Lewis Group Architects, Inc. from SSchweitzer@LewisGroup.net. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the type of bid clearly marked on the outside. Emailed and/or faxed bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be at the HCBOE Central Office, 210 E. Morris Blvd., Morristown, TN, starting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
