NOTICE OF HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that 12 Plus 7, LLC (the Applicant) submitted a Development Application to the Township of Hazlet with respect to the property located at 370 NJSH 36, Hazlet, New Jersey, more formally identified as Block 120, Lot 15.01, Hazlet, New Jersey (B-H Zone). Specifically, the Applicant is seeking Site Plan Approval, Bulk Variance Approval, and / or other potential relief associated with the request to effectuate the following: "At Home Recreation" provides retail sales of swimming poles, spas and supplies plus patio furnishings. The applicant proposes constructing a 5,000 square foot addition to the west side of the existing building on an existing grass area. The applicant states the new addition is to be primarily used for inventory storage of pool and spa equipment to be sold in existing retail space. "Retail Sales and Services" are permitted Uses in the B-H Zone District. Driveway Access to the site will be maintained via two (2) separate existing ingress driveways from southbound Route 36 and One (1) existing driveway to southbound Route 36. Application will require approval for the following Variance(s):

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Public Hearing will be held by the Hazlet Land Use Board at Hazlet Township, Municipal Building, Council Chambers, located at 1766 Union Avenue, Hazlet, NJ. The Public Hearing will take place on Thursday September 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
Members of the Public are welcome to, and encouraged to, observe / participate / attend the Hearing.
The Application information / plans are or will be available for public inspection, the Application materials / plans / documents can also be reviewed, in the Land Use Office, located at the Hazlet Township, Municipal Building, 1766 Union Avenue, Hazlet, New Jersey. (In special qualifying circumstances, members of the public are also free to contact the Board Secretary to discuss if any other special / reasonable accommodation can, in good faith, be effectuated to facilitate public review of pertinent documents.)
