Hearing Notice Award of public-private agreement for the Lincoln Park Refresh Project Public hearing at 7:00 PM, on October 8, 2025 Zionsville Board of Parks and Recreation, located at 1100 W. Oak Street, Zionsville, IN 46077 Notice is hereby given that the Zionsville Board of Parks and Recreation (the "Park Board") will hold a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00 PM, on October 8, 2025, in the Town Council room located at 1100 W. Oak Street, Zionsville, IN 46077 concerning a recommendation to the Board to award a public-private agreement for the Lincoln Park Refresh Project , in accordance with Indiana Code 5-23-1-1, et seq. (the "Act"). After review and analysis of proposals received pursuant to a request for proposals in accordance with the Act, a recommendation has been made to the Board to award the public-private agreement to __Envoy, Inc.__ (the "Developer") of _Fishers_, IN. Copies of the proposals and a written explanation of the basis upon which the recommendation is being made are available for public inspection and copying at the Parks and Recreation Department (the "Department") office during regular business hours. The Department's office is located at 1100 W. Oak St, Zionsville, IN 46077, and can be contacted by phone at 317.873.4417. The public is invited to comment on the award of the public-private agreement at the hearing, and all taxpayers, residents or interested parties who appear will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their views on the recommended award.
