Hearing Notice An Annexation Petition, Planned Development District and Initial Master Plan known as Pintail Creek PDD located in Hardeeville, SC at Tax Map Numbers 039-00-01-003, 039-00-01-030, 039-00-01-031, and 039-00-01-032 consisting of approximately 111.2 acres of vacant land is currently split zoned for Jasper County RP, RES and CC. The application proposes to annex the property into the City of Hardeeville under a PDD zoning designation. City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 5pm on Thursday, February 5, 2026 with a second reading on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 5pm. Both meetings will be held at City Hall located at 205 Main Street. Documents related to the application are available for public inspection in the City of Hardeeville office of Planning and Development.
