Hearing Notice

Hearing Notice Notice is hereby given for two public meetings held on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 3:00PM and 4:00PM, CST. Meetings will be held at Tri-State Orthopaedics MOB, 225 Crosslake Dr., Evansville, IN, 47715. Use main entrance and meeting will be held in the 3rd floor auditorium. Tri-State Orthopaedics is renovating an outpatient surgical center. The project includes demolition of existing interior partitions and systems, and the constructing (2) new operating rooms, a new sterile processing suite, (2) new procedure rooms, patient prep/recovery bays, and support spaces. The existing administrative areas will receive finish upgrades. Building system improvements include; replacement of (2) air handling units and chillers, new plumbing systems, and electrical upgrades including installation of a new generator.
