BAKER ("Petitioner") produced and filed in the District Court of Washington County, Oklahoma ("Resident County"), an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of KAREN B. MORETTI, Deceased, ("Decedent") and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Petitioner, the Petitioner named in said Will, and a request that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees ("Petition"). The hearing on the Petition is hereby set by the undersigned Judge of the Court for 6th day of July 2026, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock p.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will at the District Courtroom 1 in the Courthouse in the City of Bartlesville, Resident County, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this notice of hearing be (1) mailed to the heirs, devisees and legatees whose addresses are known with postage thereon prepaid at least ten (10) days before the date of the hearing, and (2) published one (1) time in a newspaper published in Resident County.
