Hocking College HVAC Design Bid for VAC Hocking College 3301 Hocking Parkway Nelsonville, OH 45764 Request for Proposal/HVAC Design Build Visual Arts Center 9 Loop Road Nelsonville, OH 45760 Hocking College is seeking proposals for a Design Build HVAC system for a portion of its Visual Arts Center. The scope of this request requires and includes the development of stamped engineered mechanical and electrical drawings, equipment, installation and inspection. The section(s) of the building for this proposal are highlighted in yellow on the attached floorplan. The floorplan contains a detailed drawing of the building and the square feet of each space. A site/field visit is required to be scheduled and conducted with Hocking College's Executive Director of Facilities prior to the acceptance of a proposal. Additional Information: 1. Heating, cooling and dehumidification to meet Ohio Mechanical and Building Code requirements for yellow highlighted area required 2. Square feet and occupancy outlined in yellow highlighted area 3. R Value of roof = 9 4. Demo only necessary infrastructure 5. Ground or roof top mount (contractor responsible for any modifications) 6. Spaces are utilized as educational classroom and lab space 7. Basis of design is required to be Bryant/Carrier Equipment Proposals are due by 5:00pm, October 27th, 2025. All field work must be completed between November 10th and January 2nd.
