IDB MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TENNESSEE, TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AND CONSIDER, AMONG OTHER THINGS, AN ECONOMIC IMPACT PLAN FOR THE PROJECT KEYSTONE DEVELOPMENT AREA AND AN ECONOMIC IMPACT PLAN FOR THE WALDRON STATION MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT AREA Please take notice that The Industrial Development Board of Rutherford County, Tennessee (the "Board"), will hold a meeting and conduct a public hearing at the meeting on October 15, 2025 commencing at 9:00 a.m., local time, in the 2nd Floor Terminal and Business Conference Room, at the Smyrna/Rutherford County Airport Authority, 278 Doug Warpoole Drive, Suite 200, Murfreesboro, TN 37130, to consider the approval of an Amended and Restated Economic Impact Plan for the Project Keystone Development Area (the "Keystone Plan"), for property located on at Tax Map 091N, Parcels 0080, 00900, 0230, 0240, 0250, 02601, 0260, 0060, 02701(the "Murfreesboro Property"). A copy of the map of the Murfreesboro Property showing the Keystone Plan Area is available for inspection during normal business hours at the Rutherford County Mayor's Office located at County Courthouse, One Public Square, Room 101, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 (the "Mayor's Office"). The Board will also consider the approval of a Development and Tax Incentive Project Agreement in connection with the implementation of the Keystone Plan. Any interested persons may attend and make known their view with respect to the approval of the Keystone Plan at the public hearing with respect thereto. The Board will also consider the approval of an Economic Impact Plan for the Waldron Station Mixed-Use Development Area (the "Waldron Station Plan"), for property located on at Tax Map 032 Parcels 00304 and 00305, and Tax Map 029, Parcels 04101 and 04102 (the "La Vergne Property"). A copy of the map of the La Vergne Property showing the Waldron Station Plan Area is available for inspection during normal business hours at the Mayor's Office. The Board will also consider the approval of a Development Agreement in connection with the implementation of the Waldron Station Plan. Any interested persons may attend and make known their view with respect to the approval of the Waldron Station Plan at the public hearing with respect thereto. The Board may also consider such other matters as may come before the Board. The Board will reserve a period for public comment during such meeting, and any person wanting to provide public comment at the meeting on any agenda item shall give forty-eight (48) hours' notice to Counsel listed below. The meeting agenda will be available to the public at rutherfordcountytn.gov at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the meeting. This Notice is published in compliance with Tenn.
