IDEM CSGP Family Express Family Express Corporation (213 S. State Road 49, Valparaiso, IN) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit discharge stormwater from construction activities/land-disturbing activities associated with Family Express development project located at 15 Biltz Drive, City of Lafayette, Indiana 47905. Runoff from the project site will ultimately discharge into an existing storm sewer sewer system as located along Biltz Drive. This storm sewer network drains north into a series of offsite drains, pipes, swales and ponds that empty into Wabash River.
