IDEM-NOI Notice Take 5 Carolinas, LLC (200 Providence Road, Charlotte, NC 28207) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the development of an oil change service center located on a 1.49-acre tract at 2847 N. Green River Road, Evansville, Indiana. Proposed land disturbance for this permit includes construction of a single structure, 1 story in height, along with associated parking and maneuvering areas and utility service lines. Run-off from the project site will be conveyed in a proposed storm water system and routed to an existing storm sewer running along the eastern property line. Total site disturbance is 0.98 acres. Total impervious surface post-development is 19,650 square feet. Project site is located within the Highland-Pigeon Creek watershed.
