ILL 8 of 2025 - Moratorium NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW NO 8 0F 2025 CONTINUING THE MORATORIUM ON CERTAIN PERMITS, CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY AND APPROVALS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 7:30PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by Village of Woodbury Board of Trustees at Village Hall, 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York 10930, to consider Introductory Local Law 8 of 2025. The purpose of Introductory Local Law is to continue to protect the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Village of Woodbury and to maintain the status quo of residential and nonresidential development in the Village. The proposed law is available for public review on the Village of Woodbury website (www.villageofwoodbury.com) and in the Village Clerk's office during normal office hours.
