ILL4 of 2025 -Tax Cap Override NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF WOODBURY INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW 4 OF 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Town Board of the Town of Woodbury that a public hearing will be held on the 2nd day of October, 2025 at 6:30PM at the Court House, 511 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York, pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law, to consider the adoption of Introductory Local Law No 4 of 2025 which will override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law Section 3-c for the Town's 2026 budget. The proposed law is available for public review on the Town of Woodbury website (www.townofwoodbury.com). The public shall have an opportunity provide comments.
