IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM HOUSING AUTHORITY BOROUGH OF CLIFFSIDE PARK Effective October 20, 2025, through October 24, 2025, the Housing Authority of the Borough of Cliffside Park will be opening the waiting list for online applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. All applicants must meet all criteria and income limits. Applicants must reside and/or be employed in the Borough of Cliffside Park. Applicants must apply online at www.cphousingauthority.com . Applications must be submitted no later than October 24, 2025, before 4:30 PM. No applications will be accepted before 8:30 AM on October 20, 2025, or after 4:30 PM on October 24, 2025. All applicants currently on file will remain on the waiting list.
