Mark, in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, 43rd Judicial District, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, on October 15, 2025 at 2:30 pm, upon consideration of a Petition for Appointment of School Police Officers for the East Stroudsburg Area School District being, Betzaida Alvandoz and Randy Schlatter, who has satisfactorily completed the requirements of the Municipal Police and Education Training Law, Act 120, 53 Pa.C.S. § 1261 et. seq., in order for said school police officers to exercise the same powers under authority of law or ordinance by the police of the municipalities wherein the school property is located.
