NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 4, 2024, the Order Granting Motion to Reset Sale entered on January 27, 2025, the Order Granting Motion to Reset Sale entered on April 9, 2025, and the Order Granting Motion to Reset Sale entered on June 4, 2025 and Order Granting Motion to Reset Sale, dated August 29, 2025, in Case No. 50-2024-CA-004330-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Mathon Investments Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Wright Property Holdings and Management, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1; and Unknown Tenant #2, are the Defendants.
