The decedent, Ray Lindell Lovell, died testate. An instrument dated November 20, 2009 was, on the 14th day of November, 2025, admitted to probate as the last will of the above-named decedent and Lesa Ann Lovell has been appointed Executrix thereunder. Contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law.
