You are hereby notified that Plaintiffs, Ryan Baecker and Amanda Baecker, have filed a Petition to Quiet Title in the District Court of Washington County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CV-2026-58 seeking to quiet title to the following real property located in Washington County State of Oklahoma: West half of West half of Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (W/2 W/2 SW/4 SE/4) of Section 28, Township 26 North, Range 13 East of the Indian Meridian, Washington County, Oklahoma; also known as 397530 W. 2200 Road, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74006. Said Petition alleges that Plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple of the Property and that you may claim some right, title, interest, lien, or estate in the Property adverse to Plaintiffs, but that any such claim is invalid, inferior, or extinguished.
