STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The Unknown Successors or Assigns of the Estate of Ronald Harold Baecker, Deceased; John Doe Occupants, if any; and any other persons claiming an interest in the real property described herein whose whereabouts are unknown.
You are hereby notified that Plaintiffs, Ryan Baecker and Amanda Baecker, have filed a Petition to Quiet Title in the District Court of Washington County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CV-2026-58 seeking to quiet title to the following real property located in Washington County State of Oklahoma:
West half of West half of Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (W/2 W/2 SW/4 SE/4) of Section 28, Township 26 North, Range 13 East of the Indian Meridian, Washington County, Oklahoma; also known as 397530 W. 2200 Road, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74006.
Said Petition alleges that Plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple of the Property and that you may claim some right, title, interest, lien, or estate in the Property adverse to Plaintiffs, but that any such claim is invalid, inferior, or extinguished.
Hearing on the Petition to Quiet Title is set for the 4th day of August 2026, at 9:00 a.m., before the District Court of Washington County, at the Washington County Courthouse, Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
You are hereby notified that you must answer the Petition on or before the hearing date stated above. If you fail to answer or appear, judgment will be entered against you by default, quieting title in Plaintiffs and forever barring you from asserting any right, title, interest, estate, lien, or claim in and to the Property.
