Case No. PB-2025-61 1st ALIAS NOTICE FOR HEARING APPLICATION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY PURSUANT TO 58 O.S. §239 Notice is hereby given that Elaine Marie Williams, Personal Representative of the Estate of Maggie Leona Williams, deceased, has filed herein her Application for Order Authorizing Sale of Real and Personal Property pursuant to 58 O.S. §381, et seq., and 58 O.S §411 et seq., (hereafter "Application"), which Application requests the Court to enter and Order allowing the authorizing the Personal Representative to sell the real and personal property of the Estate at either public or private sale, and to execute and issue deeds, bills of sale, and any other instrument of conveyance, without further judicial authorization or return of sale or confirmation of such sale by the Court. At the time of death, Decedent owned certain real property, as more specifically set forth below: Physical: 111 NE Myers Ave., Bartlesville OK 74006 Legal: Lot Fifteen (15), in Block Two (2), of Green Meadow Addition, Washington County, Oklahoma. Estimated Value: $25,000.00 Notice is given to all persons interested in said Estate that the Application will be heard before the undersigned Judge of the District Court on the 6th day of October 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the District Courtroom, Washington County Courthouse, 420 S Johnstone Ave., Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma, at which time any person interested in said Estate may appear and contest the same. Further, all persons interest in the Estate are directed to appear at the place, time and date aforesaid to show cause, if any, why an Order should not be made authorizing the Personal Representative to sell so much of the real property of the Estate of the Decedent as is necessary or beneficial Reference is hereby made to said Application for further particulars.
