That on the 8th day of September 2025, there was produced and filed in the District Court of Washington County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will of Lela Fern Walker, deceased, dated November 29th, 2005. There was also filed in the Court the Petition of Dustin Dewayne Dillon praying that the Will be admitted to Probate, Letters Testamentary be issued to him as Personal Representative of the Estate, to serve without bond, for a judicial determination of the Heirs, Devisees and Legatees of the Decedent. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 8th day of September 2025, Notice is given that the 6th day of October 2025, at 2:00 p.m. is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom of the Washington County Courthouse, 420 S. Johnstone Ave, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
