NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO APPROVE DEEDS Notice is hereby given that on March 13, 2026, there was filed herein a verified Petition by John Dennis Howard, Jr., Truman Everett Howard, Leona Marie Jones, and Patsy Rae Steeley (collectively, "Petitioners") stating that they are the sole and only heirs of Geneva Blanche Parker then Howard, a member of the Cherokee Tribe of Indians, a full-blood, Delaware/Cherokee Indian, further alleging that said Geneva Blanche Parker then Howard died intestate on or about the 9th day of November 1989, a permanent resident of Oklahoma, residing in Washington County, leaving as part of her estate the following described lands situated in Washington County which were a portion of the allotment Geneva Blanche Parker then Howard, deceased, to wit: SE NW NW and NE SW NW and W2 NE NW of Section 32, Township 28 North, Range 13 East of IB&M, Washington County, OK, containing 40 acres, more or less; (the "Restricted Property"). Petitioners pray that this Court approve a conveyance of said lands amongst the Petitioners for love and affection between family members with competitive bidding being waived.
